When you join Fabb you’ll receive a thorough induction and, depending on your role, you will receive a training programme relevant to your position.

Customer facing staff at Fabb are required to complete the NBF training scheme within their 6-month probation period, ensuring they have the correct knowledge to competently advise customers.
